What counts as an active user?
An active user is a user who has triggered any of your scored events in a billing month. We don’t charge for those users who have been dormant in the billing month (even if you tracked them in the past)
What happens if I go over the monthly active user allotment for my plan?
You will be charged a monthly overage charge based for MAUs over the amount allotted by your plan. The charge is $5.00/100 MAUs over your plan allotment. .
How do I get my product data into Sherlock?
