What counts as an active user?
An active user is a user who has triggered any of your scored events in a billing month. We don’t charge for those users who have been dormant in the billing month (even if you tracked them in the past)
What happens if I go over the monthly active user allotment for my plan?
You will be charged a monthly overage charge based for MAUs over the amount allotted by your plan. The charge is $5.00/100 MAUs over your plan allotment. Your Sherlock account will continue to process all your data normally even if you go over the MAU limit.
How do I get my product data into Sherlock?
The easiest way to get your product data in Sherlock is via Segment.com. But if you don’t use Segment, you can integrate directly with Sherlock via our API.

Certainly. Each plan comes with a specific number of team member seats included. After that number, we charge $35/seat.
Can I pay for an annual plan on a monthly basis?
Unfortunately, no. Annual plans offer a discount on the monthly rate, but must be paid in advance.
